Dog Shoots Man. . .

March 4th 2008 01:28
James Harris, 37, was shot last Friday while out with a party of beer swilling drunks hunting for pheasants in Poweshiek county, Iowa.

The Iowa natural resources department said the putz rested his auto-load shotgun on the ground while retrieving a downed pheasant. As he crossed a fence, his smarter than average dog stepped on the trigger, and shot him in the calf from just a yard away.

Although he (James Harris) was hit by more than 100 birdshot pellets his physical injuries were not life threatening; however the damage to his male ego and macho image wasn’t repairable and have subsequently expired along with his lifetime subscription to Mercenary Bird Hunters of America.

He is now living at an undisclosed location in Iowa City, but not necessarily at 456 Slipshot Lane, Apt #00 on the ground floor; with a trash filled dog house set in the middle of a fenced-in mini canine compound, trimmed in razor wire, out back.

The rumor mill has it that there’d been harsh words exchanged between Mr. Harris and the unnamed dog; our sources close to the situation suggest some pregnant bitch known to both parties may have been at the heart of this matter. (The very young bitch is underage and pregnant, which has further fueled this volatile situation; hints of incest and sordid interspecies swapping parties are running rampant.)

The unnamed dog is currently being held in protective custody under the state’s witness protection plan. It seems that the use of fully automatic, belt fed shotguns is illegal in Iowa, except on Thursdays, during leap years.

Dateline for this incident: use 10/30/2007.

Is a Dog shooting a man more interesting than the reverse?
Could Damo possibly be right?
Crikey, the ramifications are mind boggling.

The source.
Yes, modest changes have been made to protect the story.

Truth is it was really a jealous lover, but blame the dog, how can the poor thing defend himself.

Well, there has been some ‘insider’ rumblings that Ramdog was going to go deep into East LA to rescue his former army partner Rambo from a colonics farm run by Iranian fruit farming nuclear scientists. So you are right on target Damo.

Yup, it has happened more than a few times; it’s time the dogs get credit for reversing roles with their hunting and drinking partners who never report shooting their canine pals Jarrah.

Oh, katyzzz, this dog was well armed in this case and has the attitude as well. Seems as though you may be privy to some inside information, . . .who’s your source?

Great to see you all. Raven

Ah, but they have dear Krystal, they most surely have, and I have heard rumors of a secret underground cat training facilities.

This photo was smuggled from the training site at great physical peril to the our unnamed source.
Give grammie a hug for me.

Did you ever read "The World According to Garp?" This reminds me of the story where Garp lost it and bit the neighbor's dog, leading to the line, "Garp bit Bonkers."

Hiya James, I don't remember reading it, but I saw the movie and neglected to memorize the notable lines while they were fresh in my memory.

I may have been preoccupied and sucking face with the young lady I was dating at the time.
